Winnie's primary home is an absolutely incredible 13,000 square-foot waterfront mansion in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She custom built the home, which sits on an enormous private peninsula in 1987.

Personal Life
Winnie is married to Michael Marquart. They have four children. Michael is notable as a musician. In 1989 he played drums for A Flock of Seagulls. He continues to produce music and tour. His 2019 album "The Savior" was nominated for a Grammy for Best Immersive Audio Album.
For much of the 1990s and 2000s, Michael and Winnie operated a recording studio in Virginia Beach called "Windmark Recording" (Windmark is a portmanteau of their first names). Windmark was used by Virginia Beach natives Chad Hugo and Pharrell Williams when they began recording as The Neptunes.
