After being discharged from the Army, Bet-David started his financial services career with Morgan Stanley and the Transamerica Corporation.

The property spans 1.1 acres of land on a waterfront corner, allowing for 800 feet of water frontage, a 65 foot boat slip, putting green, private beach and saltwater lap pool.
