Arthur Falcone is an American businessman who has a net worth of $300 million. He is the CEO of The Falcone Group and has over 30 years of executive experience. After starting his business in 2005, he led his company to become what is now an internationally recognized organization with over 30,000 residential lots and over one billion dollars in sales. The Falcone Group operates as a real estate development company and engages in the research, acquisition, management, marketing, and sale of commercial real estate projects. The Falcone Group's portfolio includes power centers, malls, single-family homes, mixed-use dwellings, multi-family rental communities, residential housing, retail centers, schools, recreation, greenbelts, and permanently preserved open spaces. It also involves in land and site approvals, various financial products and services from equity to mezzanine funding and debt to the real estate market. It serves clients primarily in the real estate, telecommunications, and financial industries sectors. Arthur Falcone began his career by owning and operating restaurants, hotels and health clubs in his home state of New York, as well as in Florida.
Included in these holdings were properties with many major national brands, including McDonald's, Wendy's, Fatburger, Days Inn Hotels and Jack LaLanne Health Clubs. Throughout his career, Falcone excelled at acquiring, improving and selling a wide variety of real estate-related operating businesses and companies. The largest and most lucrative holding was South Florida based Transeastern Homes, Inc., which was established in 1989 by capitalizing on foreclosures against distressed housing debt brought on by the national recession in the late 1980s and early 1990s. In addition to working as the CEO of The Falcone Group, he is also serves as the Managing General Partner at Encore Housing Opportunity Fund, and is the COO of Nova Southeastern University. He served as President of Transeastern Properties Inc., which he joined it in 1993. Mr. Falcone serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees of Nova Southeastern University's Board of Trustees and is a National Board Member for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America. In April 2005, he was inducted into the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame, and was also a recipient of the prestigious American Heritage Award from the Anti-Defamation League.
